interested to know he used to be an avid marxist. For years he had been
hailed by western donors as part of the "new breed" of African leaders but
many now say his halo has slipped.

peace...The other one focused mostly on the leadership, but this one gives
you an idea of what's actually going on. It's also not very long, so you should read it.
